- Only customers who have access to Internet Banking can make Global Payments.

| A Suncorp Security Token |
- To ensure optimal security, only customers with a Suncorp Security Token can make a Global Payment.
- Tokens can be easily ordered via the Security link in the left hand navigation within Internet Banking.

| Recipient Details |
- You will need the appropriate account details for the bank you are sending funds too. This may include an International Banking Account Number (IBAN), Swift Code, Sort Code or Routing Number.
- You may wish to check the overseas bank’s website you are sending money to for their correct details.

| The Fine Print |
- Global Payments cost $20 each
- Up to $50,000 can be transferred. Internet Banking daily limits apply
- Transfers generally take 2-5 business days. Due to international delays, we cannot guarantee payments will be received in this timeframe
- Rates are available on our foreign exchange rates page
- Option for third parties (eg your accountant) to see your accounts but not transact

How to complete a global payment
To make a payment, simply select Overseas Accounts upon clicking the Transfers Money Link in the left hand menu within Internet Banking.
