| Internet Banking |
Internet Banking helps provide secure access to your Suncorp accounts via a computer connected to the Internet. You can conduct a range of banking activities, without visiting a branch or ATM. Find out more about internet banking. |
| Telephone Banking |
Telephone Banking allows you to make a range of banking services over the phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most phones are suitable. By using Telephone Banking, you can:
- choose an operator-assisted service or the self-select banking service
- check balances and conduct transfers between most of your Suncorp accounts or bill payments using BPAY®
- find out your previous 12 transactions
- check if a particular cheque has been presented, and obtain details of the last 5 cheques presented in the last 12 months
- request a copy of your current or previous statement
- find out the interest that has been earned for the current or last financial year.

| ATMs |
Suncorp's ATMs allow you to withdraw cash, transfer money between most of your Suncorp accounts or make balance enquires on most of your Suncorp accounts.
By using a Suncorp Debit Card or Visa Card and your PIN, you can access your accounts at many other banks' ATMs during and outside normal banking hours. |
| Eftpos |
With Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Sale (EFTPOS) you can make purchases directly from your Suncorp account without having to use cash. Use the cash-out service if you need extra cash (up to $1,000) at the discretion of the merchant.
You can select from your cheque or savings account using your PIN and a Suncorp Debit Card or Visa Debit Card. |
| BPAY |
With BPAY® you can pay bills (to billers who have a BPAY® Biller number) either over the phone or via the internet. You can transfer money directly from your Suncorp account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding outages for system maintenance). You need to be a registered Suncorp Telephone Banking customer before you use BPAY. |
