Verified by Visa is a new service that enhances your Suncorp Visa card with a personal password for shopping at participating online stores. You get added safety, and the reassurance that only you can use your Suncorp Visa card at those stores.
Once Verified by Visa is activated, your Suncorp Visa card will be recognised when you purchase at participating online stores. You will be asked for your password, your identity will be verified, and the transaction completed. In online stores that are not yet participating in Verified by Visa, your Suncorp Visa card will continue to work as usual.
It takes only a few minutes to register your Suncorp Visa card and activate your Verified by Visa password. For more information or to register now (you will need to have your card with you) visit the Visa website. The service is free of charge. Once you have registered, remember to keep your password secure. If you should ever forget your password, simply call us on 13 11 55.
