Lost or stolen credit cards
With Secure Sentinel you can register your credit, debit, charge, ATM, Medicare and other financial cards such as phone calling cards, store cards and petrol cards. If you lose these, one call to Secure Sentinel sets the cancellation process in motion and credit card replacement*. You can call hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world.
Lost or stolen mobile phone
With one phone call to Secure Sentinel, members can immediately arrange a block with the telephone service provider to help protect them against fraudulent or unauthorised use*. Plus, Secure Sentinel accepts liability for any fraudulent calls made after the loss is reported to the time contact is made with the service provider. Coded stickers assist with retrieving lost mobile phones.
Lost keys retrieval
Secure Sentinel provides you with coded key tags, which feature the Secure Sentinel phone number. Finders can either phone the Secure Sentinel number or drop the keys into the nearest post box for delivery by Australia Post to Secure Sentinel.
Lost or stolen passports
With Secure Sentinel, you can register your passport details. If your passport is lost or stolen in Australia or overseas, Secure Sentinel can cancel the lost/stolen passport and then provide members with contact details of the nearest diplomatic or consular office to make rapid arrangements for a new Australian Passport.
Members with registered passport details receive a reminder eight months before passport expiry, which is the minimum time required for valid entry into many overseas countries.
Keeping Luggage Safe
Secure Sentinel provides you with coded luggage tags. These tags alert airport and hotel staff, taxi drivers and others to call Secure Sentinel should they come in contact with lost luggage. We can help retrieve your lost luggage anywhere in the world without the need to reveal any personal information on your tags.
Keep documents and valuables safe
With Secure Sentinel you can register your driver's licence, membership cards and important documents. You can also register the serial numbers of valuables such as cameras, videos and computers. Secure Sentinel stores details of up to 20 items. This information can be retrieved hours when needed, for example when making a police report or insurance claim. Members receive uniquely coded fraud deterrent stickers for documents and valuables.
Cash for emergencies
When travelling abroad, Secure Sentinel members could receive an emergency cash advance of up to $A1000.
Change of address
Secure Sentinel notifies changes to member address details to all registered card issuers, mobile phone and other service providers which participate in this service.
