Suncorp operates a Recommended Repairer Scheme to promote the services of qualified Repairers where a customer does not have a repairer of choice. These Repairers operate under service levels arrangements to ensure that our customers are provided with a high level of service and quality repairs.

Under this scheme, Repairers can become:
All qualified Repairers may register an expression of interest to join our Recommended Repairer panel. As a Recommended Repairer, there are no formal accreditation requirements however you will be required to adhere to our procedures, service levels and customer service standards. A Service Level Agreement will be provided to you should your application be successful.
The following benefits will be available to you as a Recommended Repairer:
- you will become a Suncorp Recommended Repairer panel service provider
- we will list your details on our Recommended Repairer database
- we provide prompt turnaround times for payments
- we provide you with full repairer access to our ARNIE system
As a Recommended Repairer, you may be invited to become an Accredited Recommended Repairer if:
- the need arises for us to engage additional Accredited Recommended Repairers in your area; and
- you demonstrate consistently high levels of performance for a minimum of 1 year; and
- you meet the criteria for becoming an Accredited Recommended Repairer.
If you do not adhere to our procedures, service levels and customer service standards, your Recommended Repairer status may be removed.
A Suncorp Recommended Repairer panel service provider is not a member of Suncorp's Accredited Recommended Repairer Scheme - ARR.
As a Recommended Repairer, you may be invited to become an ARR when you have demonstrated you are able to provide our customers with high quality repairers and excellent service at a competitive cost, for a minimum of 1 year. You will also be required to pass an accreditation process.
The following criteria will be considered in assessing a Repairer's application:
- cost, quality and timeliness of repairs
- consistency in meeting or exceeding customer service standards
- geographic location
- equipment levels and repair capacity in workshops
- previous performance on Suncorp repair work over a period of 1 year
- the type of repair work your perform
As an Accredited Recommended Repairer, the following benefits will be available to you:
- you become a member of the Suncorp Accredited Recommended Repairer Scheme
- we will list your details on our Recommended Repairer database
- you will be provided with promotional signage
- you will be provided with a contract with a 3 year term
- we provide prompt turnaround times for payments
- we provide you with full repairer access to our ARNIE system
If you are successful in becoming an Accredited Recommended Repairer:
- we will monitor your performance against targets and meet with you regularly to review your results
- we will expect you to work with your Regional Team Leader and commit to improving your performance if necessary
- you will be required to adhere to our procedures, service levels and customer service standards.
If you do not meet your targets or adhere to our procedures, service levels and customer service standards, your Recommended Repairer status may be removed.
A Suncorp Accredited Recommended Repairer is a Network Smash Repairer (NSR) as described in the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Repair Industry Code of Conduct.
