Suncorp lending rate changes
Following the RBA's increase in official interest rates, Suncorp today announced it would raise interest rates by 0.25% on variable rate home lending products.
Effective 14 November 2003, the interest rates will change as follows:

| Professional Ready Access | 6.17% | 6.42% |
| Asset Line | 6.97% | 7.22% |
| Professional Asset Line | 6.47% | 6.72% |
| Standard Variable | 6.57% | 6.82% |
| Bridging Rate | 6.97% | 7.22% |
As a special Suncorp promotion customers taking a new Back to Basics home loan during November are eligible for a $300 establishment fee rebate (terms and conditions apply). The Back to Basics home loan interest rate is currently at 5.99% and is scheduled to increase by 0.25% to an interest rate of 6.24% on the 1st December 2003.
