I have worked for Suncorp for six years, during this time my primary role
has been the Incident Coordinator/Manager within Information Technology. I
applied to work for Suncorp because of the size and diversity of the organisation
and the technology used.
Once working for Suncorp I realised that the opportunities were virtually
limitless for staff who are positive in their attitude, and willing to do
what was necessary to provide excellent customer service.
There are several key cultural standards that make working for Suncorp rewarding:
continuous improvement; recognition and rewarding excellence achieved by members
of staff; and career development.
Finally the most satisfying aspect for working for Suncorp is that all staff can easily identify a direct relationship from their everyday role to the provision of our financial services that our customers use.
