Recruitment process
Our application process involves a number of steps that will allow you to express
who you are and why you are interested in joining Suncorp.
The first steps involve
completing our online application form and then a telephone interview. You will
be asked questions based on our selection criteria and encouraged to draw on
examples from your experience in your responses.
There is an online assessment
that you can do from home after which you will be invited to an assessment centre.
The assessment centre involves group and individual exercises. After this we
will reference check the applicants we are ready to make an offer to. You can
be assured that personal information you give us will be treated confidentially.
The application process can take between 8 to 12 weeks.
