Graduate Program features

As part of the Suncorp Graduate Program you could access a 1 or 2 year program encompassing rotations depending on the business stream. In this time you will be supported through features such as:

Learning and development

You will be able to build your own development plan and through this grow those skills that are critical to your success, including technical skills, commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.

Buddy Program

You will be allocated a Buddy from your team who will help you “learn the ropes”, to understand your role, to meet people and to learn important things like where to go for lunch and what times the gym is open!

Mentoring Program

You will also be linked to a mentor, who is an experienced person who can guide you through each stage of the Graduate Program. Your mentor will guide your transition to the corporate environment and support your career development.

Other features

You will share in the benefits and opportunities available to all Suncorp staff including participation in Volunteer Days in the community and the Suncorp Social Club.
