1. Print & sign the application form.

Print the iBus Maximiser Application form (PDF 176k) and ensure all Owners and Authorised Persons sign it.

If you have more than 4 Authorised Persons/Owners you will need to print the Additional Owners & Authorised Persons (PDF 134k) form, and get the additional Persons to sign it.

2. Print & sign the signature capture form.

Print the required number of signature capture forms, (PDF 22k). Each Owner and Authorised Person need to sign a separate form.

3. Complete Personal Identification (100 Point ID)

If any Owner or Authorised Person does not have a Suncorp Bank account, they are required to complete the identification process.

These Owners and Authorised Persons must individually present their 100 points of identification for verification at any Australia Post Outlet or Suncorp Branch. To present Identification at:

an Australia Post Outlet, please print off and complete the Australia Post 100 Point ID Form (PDF 32k) and visit any Australia Post Outlet with your identification.
a Suncorp Branch, simply take a minimum of 100 points of Identification to any Suncorp Branch.

4. Print off the iBus Maximiser Checklist (PDF 95k) to ensure you have completed everything you need to open an account

5. Send your application to us and all supporting documentation to:
